Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre. A non-profit organization providing individual and group counselling for survivors of sexual violence. Also provides peer support, public education, workshops, and professional training.

Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime. Charitable organization providing education, support, and research for Canadians who have survived serious crimes.

YWCA Peterborough. Services and emergency shelter for women and children escaping violence and abusive situations.

National Aboriginal Circle Against Family Violence. Culturally appropriate resources and training for shelters supporting First Nations women, as well as a listing of shelters for First Nations people.
